Monique (Mo) Gesualdi is a PGA, LPGA, TPI certified Director of Instruction at St. John’s Golf & CC and host of "The Coach Mo Golf Show" podcast.
Gesualdi was named 2024 North Florida PGA Youth Player Development Coach of the Year. Gesualdi's coaching expertise extends to the 2021 and 2020 Florida Times Union and the 2019 St. Augustine Record Player of the Year. Coach Mo has an impressive coaching track record, having coached the FSGA 2021 Women's Amateur Stroke Play Runner-Up and the 2020 HJGT Girls 14-18 National Champion and Player of the Year. Additionally, Coach Mo's student shot every post-season round under-par in the 2020 FHSAA post-season and finished the season with a Runner-Up finish at the Florida State Championship. Coach Mo has led athletes to over 80 wins and 85+ medalists since 2018, many of whom have secured full scholarships at prestigious universities. For beginners in competitive play under Gesualdi's guidance, an impressive achievement is the average reduction of 10-20+ strokes within 6-12 months and has a track record of students beginning with her shooting in the 100's and progressing down the 70's and even under-par. Coach Mo is committed to guiding juniors in their development, instilling not just athletic success but also encouraging a well-rounded pursuit of greatness.

Kacy Cotten Johnston, co-founder of PTP, serves as our High School Girls Coach & Player Advisor. In addition to her role as the Assistant Coach of the Providence Girls High School Golf Team, Kacy acts as PTP's communications liaison to local high school coaches and players in the Jacksonville area. A Jacksonville native, Kacy was born into the esteemed Farley golfing family, with her father, Boots Farley, being in the North Florida PGA Hall-of-Fame, and her brother, Hayes Farley, serving as the Director of Instruction at San Jose CC in Jacksonville, FL. Kacy, a mother of two (Adler, 10, and Jackie, 8 and an awesome dog named Ned), has been happily married to Kyle Johnston for 13 years. She currently resides in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Coach Kacy is deeply passionate and enthusiastic about providing resources and opportunities for the comprehensive development of all girls.
Dawn is a former D1 golfer, graduating from Furman University with a degree in Health & Exercise Science. Dawn works with the entire development team (trainers, coaches, instructors, and sports psychologists) to help coaches and players better motivate and communicate with them. Dawn also works with several top collegiate teams, individual collegiate players, and professional athletes and tour players to help them develop their self-awareness and manage their natural tendencies. Coach Dawn, a mother of three daughters, is thrilled to be part of PTP, and contributing to the development of the next generation of junior golfers.
Dr. Greg works with our players on assessing and optimizing all of their physical performance needs. Dr. Greg grew up in South Florida playing baseball and enjoying the outdoors. Greg grew up in South Florida playing baseball and enjoying the outdoors. He received his Bachelor's in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida in 2015. He then went on to the University of Miami where he obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. Following grad school, Greg completed a post-grad residency to specialize in orthopedic physical therapy to have greater ability and more specific skill set, including advanced manual therapy techniques for helping his patients return from injury and resume their sport/activity. Following residency Greg stayed within the University of Miami health system as a clinical staff PT as well as an adjunct faculty member teaching orthopedic and sports PT residents.
In 2018, Greg became the clinic coordinator of a privately owned, outpatient ortho clinic in Davie, Florida where he honed his skills treating athletes from youth levels to professional ranks including pros from MLB and the NFL. Greg has also worked a great deal with golfers in helping to decrease pain and deficiencies in mobility and strength that may be limiting their performance on the course. He is a certified Medical Provider by the Titleist Performance Institute and helping this population and the local junior golf girls has become a real passion of his! Dr. Greg is a father of two girls, with another on the way, and is very excited to be helping the next wave of junior golf girls in their development.
Cindel works with clients on their nutrition to optimize their performance on and off the course. Cindel played D1 Women’s Golf for NC State and graduated in 2010 with a BS in Finance and her Masters in Science and Nutrition from Meredith College in 2017. Cindel is located in Raleigh, NC and also works with the Senior Community Care of North Carolina.
Tailoring the nutritional program and curriculum to match the maturing adolescent athlete’s developmental and athletic needs is key. Cindel can provide valuable guidance on what to eat before, during, and after practice, workouts, and competitions for enhanced results.
Food serves as crucial fuel for optimal athletic performance. It provides the energy needed for workouts, practices, and competitions. Proper nutrition enhances endurance, strength, and overall athletic capabilities. A well-balanced diet supports recovery, muscle repair, and helps prevent fatigue.
